Private Transfers & One Day Tours
Full payment is due 7 days before the transfer or tour
We’ll refund 100% of all cancellations received in our office more than 48 hours before the trip.
No refunds will be made on cancellations received in our office less than 48 hours before the trip
Private airport pick ups will be re-scheduled without any charge, if your flight is delayed or canceled for any reason
SHARED SERVICE AND MULTI HOTEL
Shared Shuttle Services
Full payment is required to confirm your space in the shuttle
We’ll refund 100% of all cancellations received in our office more than 48 hours before the trip
No refunds will be made on cancellations or changes less than 48 hours before the trip
We do NOT recommend booking a shuttle right after your flight lands.
If your flight is delayed for any reason and you miss the shuttle the ticket is lost. There is no refund.
Multi-Day Itineraries and Hotel Reservations
25% deposit is required to reserve space
Full payment is due 30 days before the tour/service date
We’ll refund 90% of all cancellations received in our office more than 30 days before the service date
We’ll refund 50% of all cancellations received in our office between 30 and 15 days before the service date
No refunds will be made on cancellations received in our office less than 15 days before the service date or once a tour has begun
A full refund will be made if we must cancel a trip due to bad weather or other hazardous conditions.
We highly recommend our customers to purchase travel insurance
Poas Travel Costa Rica and reservation policies are simple, but if you must cancel your trip for any reason and we have not paid deposits to our providers, we’ll always try to refund as much as possible.
We recommend you to get travel insurance.
